Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for damaged or defective items. To request an exchange, email us at info@dharanifoods.de.
